Hi guys I'm totally new to this so there are going to be plenty of dumb questions from me......
The only seeds I could find in South Africa are

Kentucky Burley
Virginia Gold
Turkish Samsoun

I would like to know what are my chances of rolling a cigar with these?

My cigar varieties totally failed last season. So I ended up making some VA Gold cigars with just VA Gold. Turned out pretty good. Mild flavor for sure (also all of mine were essentially shade grown) but still good. I've had worse commercial cigars.

On another note, if I had what you had I'd be a happy camper. Looks like you got a solid pipe tobacco blend on your hands.
I made a pretty good pipe tobacco blend with Kelly Burley at 40% VA Gold at 60% and wished I had some oriental to blend in. I hit it with a few drops of anise extract and it was delish. (Turkish Samson is considered oriental right?)

Seems to me you could have an acceptable blend for American styled ciggies.
Skychaser has a commercial venture advertised in that section, and he ships promptly.
Best, r c

We have any number of non-smokers here, Van.
Tobacco plants are quite attractive, and very interesting to grow.
Some people have them as houseplants! ...others, as an ornamental hedge along their driveway. lol
Best
