Hello.

I'm looking for someone who was (or even better is) working in an actual cigar factory. Someone who knows everything about making cigars and would like to share that knowledge. I just need to know how does a cigar factory operate and what is needed to make good cigars that would sell.

Thanks in advance

You do realize that selling processed tobacco without a license is illegal? However, if you wish to learn how to make cigars, perhaps you should check out the topic in this forum called "How to roll cigars 101", OR browse YouTube, where there are tons of videos on cigar factories and how to roll a cigars like a pro.
But to answer your question simply, the thing you need to make good quality cigars is practice, practice, and more practice. You may go through a hundred or so before they consistently look and draw good.

The Truth

nah,nah....
not illegal.

it becomes a taxable event when you process the baccy leaf, for sale...

which means, removing the mid-rib

so if yah wanna sell cigars, best to investigate atf, in advance

good luck with that

...and, the owner of this forum will become upset over commercial discussion...

Here are three things that in my opinion are needed to produce good cigars that will sell:

1 - CHEAP LABOR

2 - CHEAP LABOR

3 - CHEAP LABOR

Oh and some good cheap land and buildings helps too.

"Cheap" meaning far less costly than the U.S. equivalent.
