I found this, selling for $6.99! Who woulda thunkit!
Its a cap cutter, made from a 3/4 to 1 inch copper fitting.

I guess you could turn it over for smaller cigars and vice versa.

It's used like a cookie cutter to create a circle of leaf to cover the cut head of a cigar.

And all this time I thought it was for joining a 1/2 inch cigar to a 3/4 inch cigar.. silly me :lol:
