I don't see why Dry canning it would not work. I dry can rice, powdered milk, beans....anything already dried that won't melt.

You most likely would have to re-humidify it after opening the stored jar.



In short, dry canning is 200 degrees for an hour, uncovered, then pop on a lid and wait for it to seal.
