 Post subject: 2 questions (die hard plant + small bottom leaves)

This plant is in my living room. A box of matches is on the soil for perspective of sizes.
Perhaps you can just see a bit of the lowest leaves?
With harvesting, the lower ones are normally picked first, but should I also do that with this one?

Another indoor is a die hard; planted in the hallway in early 2013 it's still standing!
Has never been touched (no leaves picked).
The experiment showed me that indoor plants can survive, whereas I initially believed they would die after one year.
Small leaves like these will be smokeable nevertheless, I suppose?

The hallway has a glass roof with again a plastic roof on top of that.

BTW the pics are in the album section as well, if you want to see the size better.
