At that stage, I would pile cure them for a while...
Piles must be opened every other day and the leaf shuffled after airing out a bit.
I have also inter-layered leaf with a couple layers of newspaper between each layout of leaves... 2, 3, or 4 leaves per doubled leaf of newspaper... it seems to draw moisture from the leaf, and each time, new layers of paper may be used... and they may be re-used, also, if allowed to dry in the next loose pile.
I think there might be pics in my gallery photos from last year...
When they become dried enough that mold growth will be at a minimum, they can be piled tightly without the paper in between, and covered securely to keep warm with an old blanket over plastic for a ferment/cure... usually no more than 3 days before breakdown at first, then increasing. Stem butts always pointed outwards, or even crushed or cut off if drying very slowly and an impediment to the rest of the process.

Best

Thanks Skychaser, I put towels to evaporate from times to times

And mc, I was absent from home 2 weeks, so I couldn't be there every day to change the newspaper.
So I decided to dry them well-packed together.

Here is how are the leaves now:

mountain calm yellow (largest leaves of all plants) , with some green patches:

mixed leaves of african red and bamboo shoot, the two grew in a pillar form, with round leaves.
the first time they dried green, now they are more brown:
