:( :? First, Don't kill the mesenger!
Get a map, and draw a line from- Bismarck, North Dakota to 20 or so miles east of Beamont Texas.
Every where on and around that line is prestine for the year.
Anything to the east will be worse than last year as far as rain and floods. WAAA! Florida will be average.
West of that line is like this- Arizona and west New Mexico will be at the D-1 up to D-0, a 50 percent better chance for moisture. Everywhere west of that Intensifies in drouhgt from D-3 to a D-5 in California. Fires will be in the top news for that area. To bring the California area out of the drought will take 11 trillion gallons of water.
All pun intended, I would like to literally say"This is where I would like to draw the line"!

Don't say that RC, Your plants will be radio active if that happens. I pray for the D-O for every one.

More for the 2015 forcast.
If You had grass hoppers last year, You will have far more this year. Grass hoppers stay within a few miles of the hatch area.
The Cicada for the desert south west will be abundant and loud. This is the 13 year hatch. There will be giant wasp that kill the Cicada. They look like a giant yellow jacket. Do not kill them! They will not harm You, just scare You by their size.

The wind and rains for the mid. to east America will be a step up this year as well. Use stakes or drop lines for stalk plants in the open.

RC, gets the breath from hell this year, Sorry for the heat drought for the west coast. The only good harvest in that area, is fire.
Tobacco growers can grow any where!

I took a look through the interwebbers and it looks like I'm due for some next year. Should be fun!

I have been wondering..... If California is running out of water, and the annual wildfires start up again this year.... what will be used to put out the fires? Dang racist homophobic fires!!!!

Out west of there is a little water. Just getting the salt out and on the fires would be a project. Cali, has no water. They are trying to do the dead-sert grows.

The DOPLER radar shows no clouds any where near here in the last few days. We have had rain and drizzle all week. May be RC needs bad luck shleprock in His baccy patch to get some rain? The rain is good so far, not to much, and a slow soaking in. Mad-
