Hello to all,
I was reflecting on the fact whether it is the same parameter measured between nicotine in dried leaf of tobacco and nicotine cigarette ...

I mean, for example, knowing that the Virginia Gold has per 1 gram of dry leaf, from 2 to 4 mg. of nicotine, each cigarette of 1 gram of tobacco of Virginia Gold will have at least 2 mg. nicotine ... right?
It would appear so, but if the cigarette commercial so-called "strong" have 1 mg. nicotine, how do you smoke our grown? The Burley has from 5 to 10 mg. of nicotine per 1 gram of dry leaf !

I was also thinking that the nicotine content of tobacco grown in the home is calculated after treatment of color, and that after fermentation or ageing the nicotine content decreases considerably.

Also, knowing that only 10% of nicotine intake into the blood, perhaps industries take into account this factor? Here's an inscription on a pack of Camels in 2000:
10 mg. "Tar", 0.8 mg. nicotine av. per cigarette by FCT method.

I do not have the clear opinion, someone is informed well?
Thank you.

No one has replied to this thread, yet ??

I don't know what the company says, or what the government says...

If not enough, of what I want, I burn 'em faster. and more.
Probably hasn't done me a lot of good... lol

The chemicals in factory cigarettes might just be the worst thing for you.

A hollywood movie, called 'the Insider', starring Russell Crowe and Al Pacino, was about the companies modifying the additives so the nicotine has a stronger effect. They probably dubbed that movie in Italiano... I suspect it's fairly close to the facts.
