Roy- Carry a leaf with you, and when you get a craving just tear a small piece of the leaf and suck on it for a while. Read about this somewhere in the past and suppose to work well/

I'm afraid of cured tobacco. I know first hand bladder cancer is no fun and nicotine losengers aren't a threat to me. Green tobacco leaf should be safe but it's not very savory and I don't know how long it can be stored before some curing begins to occur. I've considered making Chimo but it's also risky and the nicotine dissipates quickly.

Wouldn't think you'd have to worry about bladder cancer for a finger nail size piece of leaf in your mouth on occasions. Not like a wad.
