Do I have to De-vein the leaf before I cook it if I'm making chewing tobacco? And what's the best and quickest way I can make the leaf have the texture like it has been thru the "June Sweats"?

Yes, you have to strip out the "vein" aka the mid rib. For chewing tobacco some cultivars do not need to go through the June sweats. It depends on what you like. Try what you have and if it is too strong ( taste or nicotine wise) then by all means let it age. To mimic the natural June sweats you would need to make a kiln and kiln the leaves for about 4 weeks.
